The bright red of the car and the light blue of the billboards (azure?) strike a contrast with the plain colors of the rest of the photo. Very nice.
What is on the billboards? I can read only "alligator"...

Vogon Poet - The billboard advertises a huge water park which is next to Silver Springs Park. Alligator, I believe, refers to a new ride of some kind.

You can see lots of real alligators at Silver Springs Park and I'll be posting more photos of that park in the future.
