The Orange House at Easter?

The orange house wasn't always orange. In fact, I hardly ever noticed it, even though I drove by most every day. It was just a house on a corner. Then it went up for sale, was purchased, and within days, it seemed, it turned a bright orange. Blinds you as you drive by now!

The bunny was added just recently, I expect in honor of a religious holiday, maybe Easter?

That is bright, I guess you wouldn't have to worry about a visitor not finding your house.

Whoa, that really stands out! I am not going to say anything about that gigantic Easter bunny!

@ Hilda: You can say anything you want...it's just plain goofy! They tried to sell the house recently...but, can you believe, no one wanted to buy it?

@ Arnaud: Yes! I almost drove into a tree a couple of times!

@ Jarat - Heck, aliens from deep space could find this place without a telescope!

Well, just as I thought the red door was cheerful, so is this! The bunny makes me laugh, I saw huge inflatable Santas at WalMarts once, this reminds me of them!

now this is a bunny easter photo. such color! In answer to your question, the Mickey Mouse cactus on my site is sticky with cactus fibers that stick in you. You know how it goes, everything cute and that invites you to touch it can be dangerous.

Where do they find that color? Yesterday I posted a photo of a Lamborghini of the same color...
And the bunny, oooh! Very nice post!

@ Vogon Poet: I have no idea where they find that color? More importantly, I have no idea WHY they found that color.

I guess they believe in the Easter Bunny!

They went all out on that paint job, didn't they!

Don't you have kids or grand kids to have Easter egg hunts for? Of course, it's Easter! hehehe

That would be very difficult to miss. Everyone on the street knows which house you want the moment you say the colour. The bunny looks sweet though.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come back tomorrow!

So now you've done green and orange houses. I'd like to see a blue house. Got any of those in store? ;)

Lowell said...

@ Per - I'll check and see. Must have a blue house somewhere! I would have thought you wanted a blue and yellow one!

stromsjo said...

A blue and yellow one would be even better! ;)

@ Per Stromsjo - I'll see what I can do...

I wonder whaat the neighbors think about that color!
