Renovating and Remodeling


The pink house sits just inside the historic district near downtown Ocala. We've watched for weeks as it has undergone substantial renovation and remodeling. While still unfinished, the top portion of the house caught our attention.

it is straight out of a nursery rhyme! So different from the architecture around here! Imagining it has a verandah?? I still long to sit and have tea on one!

Looks like a house out of Hansel and Gretel, probably because it's painted in frosting (icing) colours and has gingerbread (barge board) trim. ;-)
