Homeless people live almost everywhere, I fear. Toronto has a HUGE problem.
They are everywhere, my friend. Delightful irony in the sign to his right, bubbling "Happy Holidays?"
The irony of the photo is the first thing I noticed. Good shot Jack.
Unfortunately, it's always been an issue in Florida.

Sadly, they are everywhere.
A big problem here too... and as if it was not enough, we are having extremely poor foreign(*) big families living in abandoned and ruined places without any basic conditions. Some have already been sent back home thanks, not the both governments (!!!), but to private portuguese humanitarian organizations.
(*)Keep in mind the EU live under the Treat of Schengen, meaning no borders.
We have many initiatives to help the homeless in Greensboro. It is a complicated issue.. Thanks for keeping us aware of it!
I think he might spend his summers here! Seriously, the homeless mountain men that spend their summers in our area choose to live that way. Maybe that is the case for this man.
It's been estimated that there are over two million street children in the Philippines. A social time bomb.
