At least down there they don't have the cold to deal with. I know people that will stand out in frigid temps to get their smoke in...so glad I never started or I would probably be just as bad.
I was about to ask where the ashtray was, but then I see Halycon refers to an urn...is it that thing on the left? Glad to see no one sitting there and stinking up the outdoors.

I think it's fabulous that no one is sitting there (if they really are benches for smokers, that is). :)
Ah yes! THe ubiquitous smoking urns.
Nice bench though!
I'm with EG. Nice to see dedicated smokers' benches going unused.

un beau banc, c'est marrant les accoudoirs au milieu de chaque banc, j'avais jamais vu ça
I was going to say what's that thing to the left but I gather that's an ashtray?

Glad to see that it sits empty!!
I would never realize that thing is an ashtray if I hadn't read the comments...
I'm glad it's empty too!
if only this meant there were no more smokers.
Hopefully nobody is sitting there because nobody smokes anymore. Yeah right!! MB
Nice to see that it is empty.
