I have a good friend who runs a store like this. Contrary to RedPat's comment, I don't think they take money from those who can least afford it. Rather, they perform the service of providing money for those whom the banks and traditional lenders refuse service, and they do it at posted rates.
"Photographers deal in things which are continually vanishing and when they have vanished there is no contrivance on earth which can make them come back again." — Henri Cartier-Bresson
The Pixel Perfect award, shown above, is a project of Lowell and Lois Anne.
The Pixel Perfect award has unique parameters: It will be given to a photo blogger who exhibits exceptional photographic skills in terms of artistic creativity, composition, sharpness and exposure.
Secondly, persons receiving the award need merely post it on their sidebar with a link back to Ocala Daily Photo.
Thirdly, the award is not to be passed on. But, because we desire the Pixel Perfect award to involve our peers in the photo blogging community, photo bloggers are encouraged to contact Lowell and Lois Anne to recommend additional blogs worthy of this award.

Their trying to outlaw them here. I hate seeing other taking advantage of the poor.
Sorry no time to search but I take it from the other comments that this isn't too much of an ethical place...
What's a money superstore, Lowell?
OK, I've read Jack's comment and I already got the picture. I don't trust them either.
Doesn't sound like this place is on the up and up!
These places are popping up all over the place. First it was fast food joints, now it's fast cash joints!
A money....superstore? Definitely to watch out for.
If you rearrange the letters it says OT SCAM. OT is short for overtime.
I do not know them, but I like this photo.
Nice complementary colors. Nice photo. Regards Peter.
Hmmmm. I'm curious about what goes on here.
Amscot sounds suspiciously like pig latin - scam
