OK I kind of liked Batman and Robin back in the day, especially the music and those funny fight scenes, but I digress. Not sure what that thing in your picture is Lowell, but it's scaring me a little!

Re your comment on my "library". :)
The book boxes aren't run by the city. They are run by volunteers. It's a give one, take one kind of scheme. The volunteers in my neighborhood monitor it to make sure people aren't putting trash in there or other things that don't belong.
