Ups and Downs

This is one of those favorite photos that pop unexpectedly out of the camera.  I think the reason I like it so much has to do with its lines and angles.  It has what I'd call a sort of geometric eccentricity.

It was taken at the Oaks Mall in Gainesville, Florida.

Just now learning about your move. Glad you are back with the CDP community. Hope Irma leaves you alone!

I still can't figure out how to make it easy to comment on my blog. Thank you for making the effort the other day.

The eye is automatically drawn to the left. A nice one indeed, Lowell.

You know who I love lines and angles. The mall was looking a little quiet when you took this shot.

The angles work nicely.

Nice b&w Lowell. I would be going down because I'd be wondering why I went up. I'm confused :)

Stay safe!

I hope you're staying safe and that Irma has lost the worst of her punch by the time it gets to you.

Hi Lowell. I just saw your comment from last night. It's blowing pretty hard here this morning but so far I still have power. It keeps flickering though. One of my cousins in Ponte Vedra (near Sawgrass in St Johns county) has a tree that came down and crashed through their bedroom wall. I'm watching a big tree in my neighbor's backyard that I'm a little scared of. I just hate these wind gusts! I hope you and Lois Anne are ok.

I'm hoping that as you have posted a wee bit of geometric eccentricity, that you are both safe Lowell ✨
