Trilogy Trail With Bench

This is a recently finished section of the Trilogy trail system and the people in charge saw fit to place a bench here for folks to sit upon when they tire.

Just beyond that section of trees, is another large horse farm. If history is a precursor of the future, said horse farm probably won't be around much longer.

The area is experiencing rapid development ... unfortunately.

We're nowhere near the scale you are, but we've got a lot of development going on too. One big problem nobody seems to be addressing is that we've got a two lane highway feeding the area and a bad sneeze can stop traffic for hours.

Nice curved lines in this photo, Lowell.

I'd love to walk that trail along the water. It's sad that development is taking over so many places.

...change always happens, the older we get, the more benches we need!

Such a pretty picture!

In response to your query on my post, they don't go fishing during the monsoons, almost 3 months, the period when the fish breed. They deal in dried fish (dried during summer) and boat/net mending during this period.

Very thoughtful of the designers of the trail. It looks peaceful and inviting!

Dramatic curve makes for an excellent photo, Lowell.

A good idea to place a bench.

That looks like a great place to rest up for the next leg of the hike.

It is sad to think of all of the horse farms in danger of being developed.

That looks like the perfect spot for a bench! Shame about the horse farm, progress is not always a good thing ✨
