Briggs law firm

In Ocala's historic district, many of the older homes have been extensively renovated and updated to house various businesses. The Briggs law firm works out of this particular building.

  2. This place would fit nicely in New England...if it can "bear" the climate.

  3. Very cute, Brattcat! It probably couldn't! Hope you have a good day. I know you have to bear a great burden with nutcases like me, but you get credit for trying.

  4. It's so colorful and, except for the gables, quite modern-looking. I think I can see what you mean by 'extensively renovated.'

  6. Beautiful home. We build huge monstrocities today but they don't have the warmth of the older homes. MB

  9. Nice photo Lois Anne! I really like it when they use fine old houses like this instead of tearing them down.

  11. Very nice pic, and beautiful building! Around my house it seems like all the old houses like this one are turned into funeral homes. Not that a law office is much more pleasant!

  12. Gorgeous old home...a bit of a shame that it houses a business and not a family, though.

  16. Hi CQ - I have no idea! Sorry about that...I really don't have a clue...I must have been thinking about somebody else, but I honestly don't remember!

Hope you are having a wonderful day!

  18. What a beautiful home. I'm glad someone preserved it. We have a lot of older homes in Tuscaloosa that have been converted to lawyers' offices. Then again, we have more lawyers than people! ha!

  19. Hi D - I think most places have more lawyers than people...wait, aren't lawyers people? Hmmm...in any case, there are probably too many lawyers; unless, of course, you happen to be a lawyer.
