Could this biker get a ticket for parking in a handicapped zone?

    Good question. I always figure some poor guy will get a ticket for something like this and the jerk that runs a red light gets off.

    I'd say he (?) should get some credit for adding a touch of red to an otherwise predominantly green and blue photo. An artistic chap, no doubt.
