At this drive-up "restaurant" you can obtain the usual hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, etc., that consist of lunch for many Ocalans. Located near a busy intersection, it appears to do a brisk business.
Looks like a fun local place to eat. Ours is the Ice Berg, a burger/shake joint near downtown. It's expensive, slow, and there's only outdoor seating, but the food is well worth it...even if you just get a shake! Delicious! (And now I wish I had one...)
@ Beachlike - I forgot. We were gone all weekend, my Internet connection at the hotel was miserable...I'm exhausted. I'm gonna get off my feet and on my back!
You know so many places that are non-descript from the exterior offer the best food in the area. Been surprised many times. Thank you for visiting our blog, no Jacob, no bikes, just people and one of the few places that allow dogs on a leash.
Nice to see that not every fast-food place is part of a chain.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a true "joint." Always the best places to eat.
ReplyDeleteAt least they are supporting a local business instead of Mackers or Burger Schling!
ReplyDeleteI would like a place like this within my range. I'll happily get some of my lunches there.
ReplyDeleteOh I wish I could drive in tonight, I like the look of it. "Frontier Center" sounds kinda intriguing, I mean this is Florida we're talking about!
ReplyDeleteIs the food good there? Can you sit and relax?
ReplyDeleteNice capture.
What a quaint little place! I bet they have great food.
ReplyDeleteSimple but beautiful! Wish you and L. Anne were here in MI with your camera. It's beautiful, but P&S can't capture the beauties.
ReplyDeleteand about the Veggies ones?
ReplyDelete;-)
Okay...I keep those french fries!

Sometimes the smaller restaurants have the best food.

ReplyDeleteThese places always look so interesting and fun.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're not a regular there, Jacob. It doesn't sound very healthy to me!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come back tomorrow for more of Fairhaven!

ReplyDeleteI love the "greasy spoon" restaurants. They usually have good food and great character.
