  1. Ces photos sont très romantiques. Il y manque un couple d'amoureux (jeunes ou ... vieux !)

"Modern muffler shop" est .... incroyable !

  4. Looking at your beautiful photo it reminds me very much of the location of our post today.
    P.S. I'm partial to #1.

  5. I could imagine a certain student of criminology occupying this very bench for the entire morning.

  7. I prefer the first two. The light on the third is too soft for me. The B&W might be most suitable as it evokes more of a timeless scene.

  8. First one, I like the world as is...

  9. The third one looks like a scene from a dream or a fantasy movie..^^ All are awesome but I like best the black and white one.

  10. I like the first one best. It is most inviting. All beautiful though. MB

  11. All photos are nice, but like most first.
    Beautiful place.

  12. I will choose the B&W! They are all lovely, but I do love black and white.

  13. Pure paradise! Beam me up Scottie! ..or is it Scotty?

  14. There's something magical about the B&W version, although I'm drawn to the top one too. Isn't it fun to play with photos?

  15. All are great, but I prefer the first one. Love the greens of the tropical lush.

  16. Been there and loved it. Although I had trouble walking the distances

  17. Love the crispness of the first photo, the black and white doesn't do much for me and it looks like fairies should be flying around in the third photo! Beautiful!
Have a great week, Jacob! I'm feeling a bit melancholy as I take my first daughter to UMD on Thursday!

  18. I personally like the B&W. It fits this scene very well. Not really fond of the glow-y one.

  19. The old "empty nest" syndrome, eh, Allison?

Not to worry! She isn't that far away and I've known lots of people that went to UMD and they turned out OK. ;-)

She'll no doubt be home for Thanksgiving, then Christmas, then President's Day, then Ground Hog Day ...

  20. I like the black and white. It looks like it could have been taken years ago!

  21. No true "empty nest" in my house for quite some time as she is the oldest of 4 daughters, the youngest being only 7 years old. It will certainly change the dynamics of the household, though.

  22. Oh my gosh, I can't really reach a definite decision, but I think I'm leaning more towards the b&w. It's so dreamlike

  23. All three are beautiful in their own way. I'm attracted to the third one though, kind of dreamy looking.

  24. What a lovely spot to relax for a moment! Tough choice, but I am a huge fan of black and white, so I would have to pick the 2nd one. Although, the softend glow of the 3rd pic is very enchanting.

  25. I like them all
    I love the first one
    I adore!!!! the last one

the reflecton of the bench back is so wonderful

  26. Defintely the 2 first ones for me. I would be afraid at something with a big mouth jumping at me from behind though! ;-)

  27. I like the third one the most! Kind of looks like a secluded place in the rain forest.

  28. Hi Jacob, I've replied to your comment on VP's Daily Photo Stream. There's a misunderstanding, I'm sorry I wasn't replying to *your* comment...

  29. Nice set! If I had to decide between the three I would probably say the last one. I like it best because it could be a scene from a movie. It's so mysterious like a dream sequence.

  30. Rainbow Springs is in Dunnellon, not Ocala. I used to live down the street from it. Beautiful spot to take pictures and just hang out in the beauty that is Florida, though. Great shot! As far as the three pictures are concerned, I love the second one. It makes it look so old century, beautiful!!

    ReplyDelete
  31. @ Belleview - I know that! :-)

But, it's close to Ocala...and lots of people think of it as being a sort of extension of Ocala...

I'll post some Dunnellon pics in the future...

  32. @ Ceil - Thank you. I saw it and made a brief response there, too!

    Have a great evening!

  33. What a romantic place. I like the reflection of the bench in the water. My favorite photo is the first one.

  34. @ Allison - Four (4) daughters???? Yikes! Not to worry about college; think of the weddings!!!

  35. I rather like the third one, all misty and foggy, I can see dinosaurs emerging between the dripping palm fronds out of the mists of time....

    ReplyDelete
  36. I like the first one, although they're all gorgeous. Probably that means I'm a conventional kinda guy....or maybe it means I'm getting old, lol.

  37. NUMBER ONE is my favorite, but the other two are also very nice.

  38. I am one of those silly SOTC people .. I am not at all into effects, actions and washes

  39. I liek the first one best and the third one next best--I do like BW sometimes, but the color sweetens this one.
