I was thinking - "there aren't any of those any more" as I was scrolling down. what a delightful post - I like the use of blurring to focus on the subject.
@ Frank - I could say he climbed up there when the truck was at a traffic light, but that would not be true...I imagine he was a bad monkey and the driver made him ride on the bumper until he learned how to behave!
If only all hitchhikers were so cute and cuddly.
