I knew Florence wouldn't like him! She complains about everyone and everything! (She also complains if her coffee is TOO hot and her ice cream is TOO cold!)
I love to imagine conversations people are having, and if they're talking loud enough for people to hear, then it's okay to eavesdrop....and take a photo, too, on the sly.
@ MB - I don't know what they were talking about. They appeared to be old friends; maybe even relatives.
And no, Leif wasn't here. He's frozen forever up in Minnesota. Thaws about once a day and that's when all the weird stuff comes spinning out of his computer ... ;-)
Interesting conversation, LOL!!! :-D
ReplyDeleteDidn't your mother tell you it was impolite to eavesdrop:)
ReplyDeletePerfect title!

ReplyDeleteYou must have been listening in. the title is perfect. Was Leif there with you? MB
ReplyDeleteGreat! I like this kind of photos, you caught them perfectly.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a heated debate going on over there.... and the lady on the right seems to have given up already....
ReplyDelete- Pixellicious Photos
Looks very comfy, this pub.
ReplyDeleteAnother broken heart...
ReplyDeleteLooks as if her meal contains one or two bitter herbs.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh! I think that's exactly what she's saying! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm just back from a few days in Upstate New York so will be looking back to see what other gossip you've recorded lately. ;-)
Looks like shes trying to make a point.

I hope they weren't talking about you!!
ReplyDelete@ Halcyon - I didn't know either of them, but if I did, I'd be a bit worried!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fabulous shot Jacob! She is really serious about whatever she is talking about isn't she?
ReplyDeleteI love the words you put in her mouth but even without actually knowing what's being said, it sure looks serious.
ReplyDeleteHaha! The woman listening looks to be hanging her head like, "Yes, I know. You told me he was no good, I should have listened."
ReplyDeleteAs you know, I love these types of shots. Candid photography is wonderful and this shot falls right in place.
ReplyDeleteLove it !
excellent effect for the colors
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking the woman on the left is the mother of the woman on the right & she's getting a divorce? How'd you sneak that pic without them knowing?
ReplyDeleteAh, c'mon, give him a lil' bit of credit... Love this Jacob!
ReplyDeleteOr .. He said what?
ReplyDelete@ Tricia - I'm very sneaky and extremely quick on the shutter!
ReplyDeleteHehe, fun post! I didn't know you do lipreading.
ReplyDeleteYou caught the moment just right. She's really feeling it!
ReplyDeleteVery funny, but can't see the postering effect - photo quite lovely without it, I think.
ReplyDeleteSo funny Jacob! They are adorable and I need to confess that your idea for this post fits perfect! LOL
