I have a feeling that after Jacob took this shot he probably couldn't contain himself and performed a perfect cannon ball right into the deep end of that pool!
Our pool indoor pool is heated to 82 degrees which is too cold for many, including us. This is the first community we have lived in where we could not use any pool once the summer was over.
I trust your pool is heated to a comfortable degree for most seniors.
@ Allison - This is a lap pool so there isn't any "deep" end; thank goodness, as I've gone off the deep end too many times already!
@ EG - In this part of Florida it gets really cold...down in the 30s on rare occasions. It's cool today, too. 55 degrees right now and it's only going up to 77!
@ Lily - It appears to not be used that much as yet. The community is still relatively small and there's a huge outdoor pool (also heated) which I'll show sometime soon. I think you would often have the place to yourself.
Very nice. I do love to swim. I just try not to subject too many people to seeing me in a swim suit. :-O
ReplyDeleteIt looks so peaceful, I would love to take a solo swim there.
ReplyDeletewe sure could use one of those here.
ReplyDeleteMy sunrise picture from black friday was taken at 6:25am, Aperture F/11, shutter speed 2.5.
Are there alligators in that pool . . . .
ReplyDeleteDel Webb?? He can't still be alive...
ReplyDeleteI like the window reflections in e water, and still being able to see how deep the water is.

I think that's where I'd be in your climate, but I prefer water with tropical fish to look at. I'm waiting for someone to make a snorkeling pool.

ReplyDeleteA wonderful pool with a view! Is it heated to fight the icy winters of Florida?
ReplyDeleteHave you seen the film "Cocoon?" :<)
ReplyDeleteThat heated pool looks pretty inviting right now. Makes me want to exercise. But........ will have to settle for a bath :(
ReplyDeleteIndoor and heated. If we had anything like this near our place, I'd finally get some real aerobic exercise! Fantastic view too.
ReplyDeleteI could use one of those at my house. Particularly the 'heated' part.

Gee! I thought it was always so warm and lovely in Florida that you wouldn't need indoor pools!
ReplyDeleteOK, I'm backing away slowly now. ;-)
I like indoor pools, but the chlorine fumes always get to me!
