It looks just like the Barnes & Noble in EAGAN, except the green striped chairs in our store are where the brown chairs are and the brown chairs are where the green striped chairs are! Comprends?! (And of course, I've never seen Francine in OUR store!)
Jacob, I think Wentworth Park may be the last dog track in Sydney. There has been talk of relocating the track to an outer suburb because the land so close to the city is so valuable to developers.
When I saw this on the portal, I thought "This looks like our local B&N, and had a laugh when I opened it: it is indeed one of their stores. They must have gotten the armchairs en masse. I have noticed that the chain bookstores are becoming the modern equivalent of the neighborhood library. The people her don't seem to mind your photographing them.
@ Kate and all - The area Barnes & Noble stores are establishing more of these reading areas throughout their stores...even in the "deli" area there are places to sit and read, work on computers, etc.

Great shot! Here in Boston all the chairs in bookstores and libraries are covered with plastic. Fabric would simply get too dirty. Says something about life in Florida that the chairs are covered in fabric.
After all of those lovely cheerful pictures of blue pools and sunny days, finally a photo that is restful!
