  5. You still have a visible sun capable of setting in a wonderful way.
We hope to have our sun back in a few days, or months... before we forget what a sunset is!

  9. OK ODP, I'm voting this for best of 2010! Funny, Brattcat is attributing it to Lois Anne! Jacob if you took it, give her a hard time!

  12. How wonderful! Here just rain and clouds, and quite cold...
I have to change nation, it seems!

    Thanks!

  13. Funny! That looks just like a Minne-snow-tah sunset, except that we have snow, our trees don't have leaves and our palm trees are quivering with the wind chill factor. Other than that, it's identical!!

  14. Gourgeous sight! Love the silhouette of the tree!
    God bless you!

  18. Hi Allison!

Nice to hear from you again. I thought maybe Safe Leif has "snowed" you under with so much work you couldn't find time to play on the computer.

If he does give you a hard time, just pull the plug on his laptop!

It's chilly again here today - only 64 I think.

    Heh, heh, heh!

  19. @ Safe Leif - Wrong again! This was taken by a real photographer...Lois Anne!

  20. «Louis» gives Lois Anne a tip o' th' hat! What a fine image!

[Editor to «Louis» : You can't tip a hat to Lois Anne, you stupid vache! First of all, you have no hands. Second, you can't wear a hat - unless someone puts one on you!

«Louis» to Editor: Well, what I CAN do is butt you with my head or give a swift application of hooves to your backside, if you get my drift...

  23. Oh man! Ain't that grand? I wish I was there with you! Here in Boston we have snow and really awful weather. I could use a lovely sunset in the tropics about now.

  26. Nice, nice, nice! What a great tree with the spiky ends on the branches. The rest of the shot is alluring, too. I would have thought it was Egypt (although I've never been there).
