Walking the mall, I found the Easter bunny all by his lonesome...not a kid in sight. He looked forlorn and very bored. When I stopped to take his picture, his fists came up and his foot shot out. I smiled and told him I would make him famous.
Later that same day, I came across the Easter bunny again. He was no longer in his rightful spot, but was out wandering the mall, stopping at store fronts to waggle his tail and big ears.
He was bored out of his mind!
Oh my gosh! That is so sad. Poor lonely bunny.
ReplyDeletePoor guy, I'd be bored too--fun captures! :-D
ReplyDeleteHe may be bored, but, hey, he's famous. Nice bunny costume, nice photos.
ReplyDeleteLOL, great shots of humor!!!
ReplyDeleteEaster Bunny does not have the cache as the jolly old elf. Maybe he will see some action over the weekend. He needs a Mrs. Bunny.
ReplyDeleteVery well-dressed bunny but judging from the second photo, he appears to have a hare-trigger temper.
ReplyDeleteWhat a colorful images. Poor Mr. Bunny, he needs to go shopping.
ReplyDeleteIt's a nice idea, but where are the kids?
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious!!! MB
ReplyDeleteCute Easter Bunny!:-)
ReplyDeleteI can understand that it might be a bit boring, and probably quite hot!??
Nice shots!
heureusement le ridicule ne tue pas ;o)) c'est en hommage au film de Tim Burton...
ReplyDeleteIf you keep following, you'll get him smoking a cigarette, I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteI can imagine. Not much to look at and nobody to talk to that speaks in "rabbit."
ReplyDeletePoor and sad bunny !!
ReplyDeleteThese are excellent!
ReplyDeleteLooking for shoes in size 30.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'd be very happy to have my photo taken in an Easter Bunny suit either! Pooooor Bunny!
ReplyDeleteNothing worse than a rabbit with too much time on his hands (paws?). 0 posts on the portal today.
ReplyDeleteSilly rabbit.... Trix are for.......
ReplyDeleteWell you know what I mean. This is a funny series. I can see the headlines.....
"Bored Bunny unleashes mayhem in local mall"
Great captures !
Haha nice find! I've never seen a sight like that before.
ReplyDeleteMaybe business will pick up for him a little closer to Easter!
ReplyDeleteI guess bunnies like to shop too! At least you didn't find him in Victoria's Secret!
ReplyDeleteI can't help but wonder what Lorelei would think...I know it will depend on her mood. Seems like when she is out, she is really outgoing, while if someone new comes into her space, she is a little bit shy.
ReplyDeleteJacob, You are a born storyteller. Check into writing stories for children; my granddaughter will love this one!
ReplyDeleteand now you must go read this click here
ReplyDeleteNot a job I would like!
ReplyDeleteHow can bunnies be bored? I thought they were known for their tendency to engage in pleasurable pastimes.
ReplyDeleteLol, do you think that he made a lot of purchases whilst touring the mall? He doesn't appear to have any bags, poor thing!
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't want his job... poor fellow! :-)
ReplyDeleteAn Easter bunny's life must be tough, seriously...
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
Cezar
Poor bunny, where are the kids? I love the comment by VP. Probably true.
ReplyDeleteAn Easter Bunny that KICKS? No sitting on his lap for me...or is it a she? 'It' is looking at a women's clothing store. But I imagine you spoke to 'him'. Maybe he's waiting for the Easter Bunnette inside the shop.
ReplyDeleteA very funny series: you're the best!!!
ReplyDelete:-)
I am almost certain we have the same bunny & set up at our mall here on Long Island.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you were there to help dispel some of this bunnies boredom.
I love the shot of him window shopping!
I know how he feels--nothing at 5-7-9 fits me either. That's as close as I go to the entrance as well. :)
