I love pizza, I think if I had to chose one food to have on a desert island it would be pizza .. however, since the water outside NY is hard, the dough on pizza (and bagels) is never the same as it is here ... and now you've made me want some for lunch ... OY
The question is.... does it taste like New York pizza? I have never had anything like the pizza you get in the city. If you have that there.... you, my friend, are a lucky man.
It sounds good! I think I still prefer Chicago style pizza though.
