A friend of mine went to China. I kiddingly asked him if there was a Starbucks at the Great Wall. He said, no, but there used to be one in the Forbidden Palace!!
We don`t have Starbucks, but my husband love their coffee`s..... and I love their chairs and newspapers.... So whenever we see one in London or other places we go to, we will have a break....
I loved your reflections! :) For sure a place to take my daughter Marina, she really loves this café!But no one here in Luxembourg,it's a pity... Hugs Léia
I am sorry to say, I can't answer your questions about the Church in my photo from yesterday. The next time we go to Jerome, I will see if I can get inside to get some pictures and ask some questions.
And if I had my choice, I'd choose this over the last photo any time.
ReplyDeleteSuch a bold photograph...to compliment the java...the latest Pike blend. LOL.
ReplyDeleteLovely capture of one of my favorite spots to stop for a respite, aside from the book stores.
What a bold photo...to compliment their bold "Pike's" blend.
ReplyDeleteNice capture of one of my favorite places to stop for a respite, aside from the book stores.
But if you drink too much of this stuff (coffee), you will need one of those (porta-john) ;-)
ReplyDeleteIs this a moment-in-time self-portrait? I like the atmosphere of these places but prefer my coffee cheap and more timid.
ReplyDeleteWhere is your better half? !!! ;~))

Agree with Paula. I like their coffee, but Starbucks itself is becoming too big and greedy.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I can taste my hot mocha. I love coffee.
ReplyDeleteIf you moved a little to your right, it won't be a half-body portrait.^^ Nice photo as always.
I loved your reflections!

Very "bold" of you to show half of your reflection Jacob!
ReplyDeleteI guess you first come to Starbucks and then to Florida Express.
ReplyDeleteThey are everywhere. You cannot escape their clutches. MB
ReplyDeleteAhh...just what I needed this morning!

I like this self-portrait.
ReplyDeleteHeartburn this way cometh ...
ReplyDeleteI like so much to look into the reflections of the photographer. And to hide myself when I do reflections photos:-)))
ReplyDeleteFor when you are short on the jitterrs...
ReplyDeleteStrong, but acidy and overpriced coffee.
ReplyDeleteResponsible for putting many local coffee shops out of business - but then locals could've supported their own.
Low wages, low tips.
Did I mention I never go to one of these, unless there's no choice?
Who is that half-a-person? Was he bold enough to go in for half-a-cup?
