John Travolta owns a home just outside of Ocala. He is often in the Ocala area. John Travolta is also a dedicated follower of the religion of Scientology. He recently purchased a building in the downtown area which was renovated as a Church of Scientology. I would guess there are very few Scientologists in Ocala. Perhaps this is an attempt to increase their numbers. It is, as the sign says, a "mission."

ReplyDeleteWell if he was trying to make it appealing, he has succeeded. It's a very nice building with welcoming signage.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments on my header. I did use Photoshop to do it. It's actually a fairly simple process (involving creating each letter as a separate layer), but it does take a little time.
Doesn't look much like a church but it is attractive. I like the yellow and white striped awning.
