I'm surprised because it is not what I would expect after seeing so many of your other photos. It is incredibly lovely but I don't have this kind of architecture in mind when I think of homes here. Isn't it strange what preconceived ideas we can have!
It's a great looking home. It doesn't seem like the prototypical "Florida" home to me, but that's a result of my misguided generalizations more than anything else. I'd certainly live there. It's in beautiful shape.
The did a nice job. It looks quite modern.
