  5. I have seen this done with many animals. West Hartford is headquarters of Cow Parade, which promotes -- obviously -- civic festivals using local artists painting up cows. Frankly, by now I am getting kind of sick of painted cows. Though this horse is well done. If I were a female painted cow, I would be making eyes at this dashing example of equine masculinity.

    As to the faceless mannequins, Lowell, I think the idea is to concentrate the customers' attention on the clothes. Maybe they could hire local artists to paint them up?

  8. In Madrid was made a series of cow sculptures like that but horses have much more beautiful shape. Lovely urban horse!!
