Steam-driven car?



I've not seen anything like this before, but it appears to be some kind of steam-driven automobile.

    It is true that I also have not seen anything like it. An interesting car roof surface. If the car ran on cheap energy, why not? Sincerely, Peter.

    I think it's an art car and that the accoutrement has nothing at all to do with its mobility.
