I would think that one would have to bring the bicycle out of the garage and into the house to use this set up, which would likely get the floors and carpets dirty.
Perhaps this is a determined athlete, who I hope will bring more honor to the sport. I wonder when it will be cleaned up so that we can enjoy watching the sport without suspecting winners of doping their way to the finish line. Whatever possessed Lance Armstrong, I wonder. I'm still pretty ticked off at him!
I know that many cyclists warm up like this. I am yet to try it. But I do have an exercise bike that I never use. I prefer to go outdoors, even if it is rainy, or snowy.

To answer your question about the Quincy street scene, yes, there are some big stores but they are all built way on the east side of town, where there was nothing but farm land when I was living there. The picture is from part of the old town that was once the center of activity but isn't any more.
Forgot to answer your question about the Prescott Resort. The Resort is built on top of a small mountain overlooking the town on Yavapai Tribal land. So the entertainment is a casino.
