If, on this New Year's Eve, you have become tired of watching "Santa is 'real'" movies, and the new "Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve" bores you, and you just cannot stand another re-run of "Everybody Loves Raymond," then head on down to your nearest Red Box (usually in front of Walgreens' drug stores), and for $1.00 you can rent a movie that interests you or a game for the kiddos.
And have a Happy New Year!
I'm working my way through the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy now, biding my time until the next season of "Downton Abbey" arrives in my mailbox. Netflix and a small library of favorites are the options of choice where we live. We don't even bother with broadcast tv.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and Lois Ann. Here's to all the best to you both in 2013!
For only one buck... that's cheap. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteNow that is a bargain! Here's hoping you have a wonderfully lucky (20)13!
ReplyDeleteQuite red indeed!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

I never watch TV during the holidays. Unless there's a Dexter Special, or all episodes of Homeland in one go! Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteWe rent these all the time!! My husband is a big movie fan...me not so much..but I sketch and blog and listen more than watch. ;)
ReplyDeleteI wish we had these in Canada. So very practical and convenient!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a bargain!
