Wow...this brings back memories for me. My father spent the last 15 years of his life in a veteran's hospital...and died there. Don't worry, though, my memories are precious and good, Lowell. My father was not in a wheelchair, thankfully, but many veterans were and they would sit in their wheelchairs looking out the window near the entrance of the hospital, and, in nicer weather, ventured outdoors to enjoy the views.
Something about the way you've composed this gives the chairs personalities. I really like it. Disney could make a new movie. Instead of "Cars", they could call it "Wheels". Don Rickles could voice one of the characters... Hope all is well your way.
