Ulta is a very popular store purveying a variety of feminine products dealing with hair, nails, makeup, etc. Inside the store is a salon which offers women the opportunity of "fixing" their hair while there.
I was about to ask the same thing as Jack. I have to confess, however, that occasionally my wife gives me a shopping list that includes items at Ulta. I go in the store and hand the cell phone to the sales lady to let them talk to Julie and pick out whatever it is I am supposed to get.
This looks a lot like the Ulta salon in the store I frequent. I've never used this service but, I do take advantage of their selection of creams and soaps!
I know. You're being coy. You decided to go with the multi-colored mohawk. You're just waiting to reveal it when you've found the perfect tat to offset it.
