As we meandered down the trail to the Silver River in the Silver River State Park, we came upon these two gentlemen. They were walking their dogs. I asked if I could take their picture and they agreed. One of the dogs immediately lay down and pretended not to notice the camera. The other dog thought he should go back the way they came so it took a little effort to get him to face the camera. In the end, I got the photo, and the men took off. They were not much for conversation. The meeting was kind of mysterious.
Thank you for all your comments on yesterday's post. No, it didn't snow in Ocala. I have read somewhere that a few flakes fell once. In 1986, I think. But I wanted it to snow and Photoshop was able to grant my wish. Below is the original photograph. It was foggy that morning, but fairly warm.
The standing dog has its ears up, ready to attack. RUN!!!

ReplyDeleteNice looking dogs. My husband and I took a walk with our dog in a local park on Friday and a huge pit bull came charging at us. We had to ward him off with a cane until the owners arrived to retrieve the monster. It was pretty scary.
