I'm not sure which birds are classified as "elite," but this birdhouse looks to be a residence for the high and mighty. Is that a TV antennae affixed to its roof?
When I first viewed your photo it entered my mind that these birds are living better than some people I have seen in the cities. It's a pretty classy birdhouse.
I'm so glad I found your blog! My husband and I are considering a move to Ocala for his job but I know nothing about it, other than hearing John Travolta has a house there. I'm going to cruise around your blog and check out the pics!

ReplyDeletela classe cette résidence secondaire de l'oiseau ;))
ReplyDeleteThats a nice looking bird house!! I'm planning to arrange for one such bird house for the Oriental Magpie Robins that visit our garden regularly :-)
ReplyDeletePixellicious
It's probably a martin house. They like to live in colonies. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd they eat mosquitos and other bugs, so the are nice birds to have around.

ReplyDeleteLuxury digs for sure!
ReplyDeleteFancy house for fancy birds!
ReplyDeleteWhat Halcyon said. It so pretty. A southern mansion for sure. I am sure it has TV and probably a swimming pool inside and maybe a pool table too. MB
ReplyDeleteBetter looking than some high-rises I've seen in some cities. Yup, I thought it probably is a Martin house.
ReplyDeleteLowell, saw your comment on Sharon's Sojourns site...that's not voodoo, that's old age.
ReplyDeleteNow that is one neat bird house. Aerial? Imagine that!
ReplyDeleteThat's a real penthouse suite!
ReplyDeleteThey probably have their own horse paddock too!
ReplyDeleteIt's antennae for air traffic controller broadcasts. Their offices are on the upper level.
ReplyDeleteI think it looks like a lightning rod! And the place does look like a place for 'high' society.
ReplyDeleteI could move into that top floor.
ReplyDeletelol! An ivory tower!
ReplyDeleteThose who know are saying it is a martin house, so I'm going with that, too.
ReplyDeleteThey do love those cat free highrises.
ReplyDeleteWow! 5*
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not for the common sparrow! :-)
ReplyDeleteI wonder which TV show they like to watch best.
ReplyDeleteHaaa, this is unique and very nice!
ReplyDeleteNow that's a fancy birdhouse! Complete with TV too. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat's a very fancy one!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
