There's a Great Wall Chinese Restaurant not far from my home. It has become rundown and is not as nice looking as the one in your photo.

With the introduction of many kinds of ethnic food, good Chinese restaurants are not the only option anymore and our favorite over several generations sold about 2 years ago but it's not the same.

There's been a Chinese community for so long in NYC that it has developed it's own variations? They probably have incorporated pizza and corned beef on rye.

I was not aware of NY style Chinese food. I wonder if it is different from AL Chinese food?

What?! With an attitude? So East Coast they don't even try to make it Chinese-y? Too much!

NY has to get into everything, don't they? Up here we have New York Style Fries. They taste the same as any other fries, to me.

There's a Great Wall in a lot of places..we thought the one here was unique, silly us, before we started traveling. It's probably San Francisco style here of course))))
