Another sweet post. Sometimes people are so brave, just living their ordinary lives.
Oh my! That is a wide street and those walk lights never stay on long enough for elderly people to get across. Scary!
I hope people were patient while they crossed. It make's me mad when people honk at situations like this.
That's a lot of lanes to get across. It could be a bit stressful, for sure!
Dear God, that looks scary!
I hope all the drivers are paying attention!
Our suburban culture is not designed for pedestrians.
Take your time in crossing anything... highways and the Patomac (sp?).
They seem confident so should be fine!
Reminds me of the famous Beatles shot! ;-))
Dangerous crossing? Really? Here are pedestrian stripes and a red light...
Looks like a lovely day for a walk, or ride. Good thing the stoplights work.
We have a senior apartment building near uptown in Columbus and it scares me to death to see elderly folk on their scooters riding in traffic.
Oh, yes. I don't see much speed coming up. Good luck to them.
Wonderful image.
I guess it depends on which country the crossing takes place... :) In some, the whole world would stop and patiently wait for them to cross, in others they'd better speed up and pray for their lives...God bless you!Cezar
