The Bloodmobile

The Bloodmobile put in a day at Walmart and then a day at Market Place - Heathbrook. It is in a life-saving business.

  1. That is a big one! I took a photo of a similar behemoth a couple of months ago but didn't use the photo.

  2. The blood clinics here do run mobile clinics and indoor clinics, and have used buses in the past. Now they've converted a tractor trailer for the same purpose, and it gives the nurses more room. I donate regularly.

  3. Good for them! For some reason, this post is reminding me that I need to get my blood work done.

  7. We have them too but they aren't nearly as nice as this one.

I'm not allowed to give my blood which is a shame because I'm an universal donor...

  10. I know a Rabbi who credits his own donation of blood with saving his life, as it resulted in the diagnosis of a disease for which he received treatment.

  11. I've only given blood once in one of these vehicles but I give regularly at a local blood bank facility.
