    Re: our highway widening - in California you widen a road and it's immediately congested. Here? I don't think so. A single car accident can stop traffic in both ways for hours and the road necks down to 2 lanes beyond this area both east and west. I think it will serve to ease traffic between Sequim and the next city west, Port Angeles. And it replaces a deteriorating wooden bridge.
