I have good friends who have two standard poodles, black like this one but, they don't get them trimmed in the fancy way. They just get a basic trimming.
Sorry, I can't recognize this trimmed-up thing as a regular dog...
Very fancy! Dogs seem to know when they look good. And they will put up with a lot for their humans.

They're cute and smart dogs when their people don't do bizarre things to them. Poor poochie!
Standard poodles are fine dogs as they are intelligent, but their haircuts are odd looking. Striking photo.
