And what a beautiful weather vane it is!! I do love those blue, blue skies!! Terrific capture for the day, Lowell, as always!! Hope you have a great new week!!
Very nice. I like weather vanes although I can usually tell which way the wind is blowing. haha We have one with a horse (of course) on it out on the lean-to in one of the pastures. A boyfriend of one of the daughter's gave it to us. He is long gone but the vane lives on. MB
Just responding to your question. The plants at Home Depot and Lowe's are sprayed with a pesticide that kills bees. Best to buy at a Farmer's Market or local nursery.
I like a nice weather vane and this is a good one, Lowell!
ReplyDeleteThis one stands out quite nicely.

ReplyDeleteWeather vanes are wonderful folk art objects.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully framed!!
ReplyDelete...Evidence that you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows...
ReplyDeleteWonderful and neat shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty picture this makes with those limbs hanging over the top. I like it.
ReplyDeleteUnusual for me, but very pretty!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, I bet that keeps pigeons away!
