You'll notice I took this shot from behind a fence. You may remember a previous shot where I leaned over the fence to focus and the bull charged me! The fence is rickety (notice the broken board) and I was afraid it wouldn't hold, but I made a hasty retreat on my bicycle and got away unscathed. I was more careful this time. That bull may be small but he's very protective of those goats!
Oh, what a fun post, Lowell, and a great capture AND just the giggle I needed this afternoon!! I love it! Hope you have a wonderful weekend -- do stay out of trouble though!!

ReplyDeleteI have learned to stay well away from bulls. They have no sense of humor and they don't like to have their picture taken. That goat seems to be giving you a warning look.

ReplyDeleteI've heard that goats are often kept with bulls to help calm them and keep them company. This is maybe not the best side of the bull though!
