Our resident kook can usually be found on the corner of a busy intersection waving placards denouncing Obama. While he has a right to express his opinion, he is something of a distraction for drivers passing by.
Of course he won't be around for the occasion (except for his body), but if he's wondering why no one will attend his funeral, this is probably just the tip of the iceberg.
The only difference between him and a couple of our neighbors is that he is waving those placards. I think some people are so frightened by changes that they lose all sense of reality. I suppose we should feel sorry for them. But we spend all our energy trying to avoid them.
These people really do scare me because there is no way to reason with them. Rational thought and analysis is a foreign concept. They also scare me because out here, most of them carry guns....lots of guns. (It's their right, you know.)
And he's really winning over converts with his sense of beauty, too. (I'll be traveling 'til mid June. Will have some posts up in my absence but won't be visiting other blogs. See you when I get back!)
We see him daily. He works so hard. He hates Obama, love Republicans, wants Democrats and liberals gone, etc. He has been doing it for years now. He is not going away until he saves us from the traitors, communists, socialists, etc.
I do hate to see stuff like that regardless of who it's aimed at!! Some people never grow up!!

ReplyDeleteIt sure makes you wonder, Lowell!
ReplyDeleteHe is probably a sad and angry man. Though he makes it hard to sympathize with him.

ReplyDeleteThey are everywhere, sadly. Great capture.
ReplyDeleteHaven't we seen this guy before?! I think most places probably have someone similar!
ReplyDeleteWe have many of these, of several persuasions, but they firmly believe to be normal citizens...
ReplyDeleteComedy is a wonderful outlet for all to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he can get a show like Hannity. When will the Grand Old Party learn??????
