I came across this photo the other day. I do not remember when or where I took it. It was one leaf, a bright red one, hanging on despite being surrounded by barren desolation. Maybe there's a moral in this somewhere.
Have you ever read O. Henry's short story, The Last Leaf. As an adolescent I loved O.Henry and remember this story quite vividly. Read it if you haven't!
