Herb Shoppe and Day Spa

If you were visiting Clermont, Florida, for the first time, you might, at first glance, think this was a government office building or perhaps a bank. It is not.

Whatever its past, today it houses the Clermont Herb Shoppe and Day Spa.  I like what they've done with the tiles on the steps.

  1. It looks like a great building, Lowell! Love the steps.
The condo I showed the other day will be apartments.

  3. Yes, those tile steps are great looking. Herbs and Day Spa isn't a great attraction for me. BTW, if they started playing right wing radio programs, like Rush Limbaugh, it would drive me right out of town. I'd rather associate with the gators in the swamps than listen to that nonsense.

  5. I like the tiles, too. But I wouldn't expect an herb shop and a day spa to be paired.

  8. I like the steps too Lowell. The idea of a massage is very appealing right now, one day I'll make time :)

  9. It does look like it was once a bank. We have a similar building in Stanwood that was a bank eons ago --I think it is empty now but it did house a dress shop for awhile. Maybe I'll take a picture of it.

  11. those steps are quite nice. At first I thought that herb shop and day spa didn't seem to go together but, now that I think about it, I guess they do.

  12. A herb shop and day spa sounds like an odd combination. Unless they are selling some "other" kinds of herbs there...
