Fall colors in central Florida cannot begin to compete with the glorious explosions of beauty in the northern climes, but unlike south Florida, we do experience a slight change of seasons. This morning was 57 degrees and the humidity was low. And we do get some colored leaves. It's a nice change after a long, hot summer.
Oh, what beautiful, colorful trees, Lowell!! I really love the first shot with multiple colors!! Awesome! Not what i think about Florida in the Fall, but then I've never been there in the Fall, so what do I know??? Marvelous captures for the day!! Hope you're enjoying a great day!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful autumn colors!
ReplyDeleteNicely vibrant colours! That's unexpected.
ReplyDeleteThe autumnal colours aren't quite with us yet but are coming
ReplyDeleteThings are really starting to turn here this week finally!
ReplyDeleteWe are getting cooler temps and some color up here too. I really like those first two shots with the different colors all of the same tree.
ReplyDeleteLove those multi coloured leaves on trees!
ReplyDeleteIt was 35 degrees when I got up this morning...a bit chillier than your surroundings!
ReplyDeleteReally striking, Lowell! I especially love the first photo because there are so many colours in that tree! Lovely series once again. Thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a spectacular display, no discernible changing of colour here yet.
ReplyDeleteSimply gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThese rival New England... not the temps though. haha You win!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful trees! Our trees can not compete with northern ones either, but we can find some nice autumn colours here and there.
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful shots. We don't see fall colors here until late January or February. I'm equally surprised that your morning temps are down to the high 50's. Ours are still in the high 70's but believe me, that feels very, very good after the heat of the summer.
ReplyDeletePretty! I love this season!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and so surprising to me. I didn't realize just how different your area of Florida is from " ours."
ReplyDeleteThat first tree is quite interesting. The colors are all at the tips of the tree.
ReplyDeleteGlorious autumn colours Lowell, I do enjoy how the gold sometimes just tips the trees.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colour there right now.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful autumn colors.
ReplyDeleteGreat autumn colors!
