That is very strange to see, Lowell!
Suitable for this time of year... I imagine coming across that dead tree in the night would be a bit spooky.
One wonders what's been at work at the bottom.
Amazing!! And I agree, it is perfect for this time of year!!
The perfect time of year for it, Lowell! Wow!
Just stay well away if there's a high wind!
Strange are the ways of nature!
Hmmmmm.
Oh, my! I'm gnawed with curiosity! Whatever is the story of this tree?!
Miraculous tree. I would think that the beaver has dented it .. but I really don't know.Soon it may crash.
So strange....Pierre
I bet this is popular on October 31 ;-)
What on earth happened to it? It looks so sad and forlorn!

This haunted tree looks a little sick to me! Very unusual and strange. Has it been delightful treats for animals? Incidentally, I left a message for you on Sharon's Phoenix blog today (Monday, 10/19).
Oh yes, that is a very spooky looking tree!
Such an interesting tree i wonder what could have done that to it?
Haunted or unlucky? It is a very strange tree!
I'm curious!
