Sculpture in the new Citizen's Circle in front of City Hall

  3. 'Citizen's Circle' sounds nice. Is that a gathering space outside, I wonder. The sculpture is impressive and well 'balanced'.

  5. It's a cute sculpture but I'm not sure it really fits in with a city hall building. I do see a hole where their hearts should be so maybe it's a depiction of politicians doing their balancing act to keep themselves elected.
