Fantastic capture, Lowell! I love seagulls! I see many around here in Montreal, and not always or only by the water. They are smart, curious and sweet. :)
What a great photo. We don't have seagulls in Phoenix so when I have the opportunity to see them, say in California, I love to photograph them. This one is give you quite the look.
