Bicycles at Village Cycles

You can purchase just about any kind of bicycle at Village Cycles, Brownwood, in The Villages. And you can ride these bicycles on golf car paths. You will want to take out extra life insurance, though, because these wee golf cars go whizzing around at very fast speeds and you can't hear the electric ones...so, they come "out of the blue," so to speak and can scare you to death!

  1. A different look to that trike. I haven't been on a bike in years, but once you've learned, you don't forget.

  2. As soon as I saw these bikes, I wondered how they fair with all the golf carts!

  3. I would be one of those who are scared to death for a lot of reasons.

  4. The bikes are tempting, but driving a golf cart around is always so much fun!!

  5. I love the bright colours of these bikes. A new bike shop has just opened up in our town but I think it is mainly aimed at bike racing.... lots of people do that here. I don't ride a bike very well, as I never learned as a child so I feel very vulnerable when on a bike.

  6. That's quite a rainbow of colors! I just read this evening that the five top places in the U.S. for traffic fatalities are all in Florida. That's not such a great distinction!

  8. They're super bikes but that sounds like way to much excitement/danger for moi Lowell, on the other hand, one of the speedy golf buggies would suit me just fine 😀😀

  11. We stayed in a huge and fancy RV REsort in California one winter where we didn't want to walk or ride our bikes in mid afternoon because it was mail time and every little old lady in the park would be out on her golf cart driving hell bent for leather down the hills to pick up mail.
