This was not posed. Cleo loves to be in the middle of things. She jumped up on the chair and gave me a questioning look. Fortunately, my small camera was close at hand.
You were there at just the right time to take a photo.. Her eyes, wow! Re your question about the word 'berg' on my blog, it's Dutch for 'mountain'. The Bergkerk seems to be build on a bit higher ground than the rest, and even if it is just a few metres, the Dutch don't hesitate to call it a mountain :) I have by the way always wondered why the word 'iceberg' is an English word, shouldn't it be ice mountain or something similar? ;))
Cleo looks like she has a special place in your family and expects to be served a purrfect meal. Get on with it, Lowell, do not disappoint this feline!
Well, Cleo must be hungry, she look so hopeful.
ReplyDeleteUm belo momento fotográfico.

So now we know who sits at the head of the table in your house. :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweetie!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, that is perrrrrrfect! I used to have a cat very much like that, always wanting to be in the center of things.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so proper and polite!
ReplyDeleteI believe Cleo ordered the Tuna special, and is patiently waiting to be served. Fine catch on a spur of the moment photo.

I hope the service is up to Cleo's standards. If not, I pity the server.

ReplyDeleteSweet! Cleo knows where the action is...or should be.
ReplyDelete"Where's my dinner? I ordered 10 minutes ago! Terrible service in this cat cafe...."
ReplyDeleteCleo manages to get into some charming places.
ReplyDeleteYou captured the moment successfully, Lowell. Cleo looks poised. I like your diningroom set. I can imagine you in comfort there.

And she gets the head of the table of course -- she knows her place!
