Looks pretty utilitarian with black, straight backed chairs and two water fountains at different heights. Clean floors and walls, but no decoration If it is used as a classrooms, I'd but the chairs in a circle so no-one would be talking to the back of anyone's head. Whatever it is, I would not enjoy being there because it is too sterile.

A "faith-based healthcare summit" is where health care providers come to the church and learn about the networks of the different faiths (not just Christian) for mobilizing to get congregants the health care they need. Also, they discuss providing healthcare within the parameters of a given religion. Some houses of worship bring in health care professionals to check vitals of older members after services, on-site health fairs, of sorts.
Judging by the smiling faces on the posters I guess Dentist office.
