I really promised myself I wouldn't comment on every post I missed no matter how much each one made me smile. and I managed to not say anything until now (moving up from your new 'first' post). But this one reminds me to let you know that I dipped into your poetry (in the book I bought) several times during your absence from blogland -- sending you good wishes along with the smiles each time.
Tis' a good snake. I hope you took Disney's advice,

Yikes! I'm with the cats.. don't want to see that slithery sucker here when I get back 🐍 😉
ReplyDeleteLooks like a harmless Bull snake. Hope you wished it a good day and let it go on its way.
ReplyDeleteI'd be fleeing with the cats!
ReplyDeleteBrrrrr! I would run too! So glad we do not see them here..
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I don't blame them. I'd hide from that creature too.
ReplyDeleteHello there, beastie!
ReplyDeleteI am off with the cats-----snakes are ok but not today

Snakes and I keep our distances from each other.
ReplyDeleteThe Dictator!
ReplyDeleteA very handsome snake, but please stay away from me!
ReplyDeleteLet the cats know I'm coming with them too. Snakes and I haven't had a relationship in years and I'd like to keep it that way. :)
ReplyDeleteAs long as it stays outside and doesn't try to get in the house I'm okay.
ReplyDeleteYikes! No thank you very much. Please go on about your business - in the wild - snakey-poo.
