You don't need to worry about teenagers racing motorcycles or hot rod cars up and down the streets, etc.<BR/><BR/>It's a safer community in some ways.<BR/><BR/>We have lived in a similar community before -- not limited to 55 plus, but most of the people were older. And it did get somewhat boring.
